Love Island Faye’s grovelling apology to Teddy in final speech after brothers’ fury

Love Island ’s Faye issues a grovelling apology to her boyfriend Teddy in the upcoming grande finale tonight.

As the sun finally sets on another season of the ITV2 dating show, the feisty real estate agent looks back on some of the big mistakes she made while on her rollercoaster journey to finding true love.

Faye, who has been a contestant since day one, fell head over heels for Teddy in the first couple of weeks of the bombshell series.

However, their journey to love hasn’t been smooth sailing with Faye’s insecurities and trust issues getting the better of her time and time again.

Thankfully, the lovebirds made it through, and they are now finalists on Love Island 2021.

Tonight’s final episode will see the pair declare their love for each other as they take to the stage to gush about their unbreakable bond.

During the teary speeches, Faye apologises to Teddy for her vicious outburst after she was triggered by a clip of her man chatting up Clarisse in Casa Amor during the brutal movie night challenge.

Laying her cards on the table one last time after her regretful actions, Faye tells Teddy: “No one would ever believe what would happen next, I was lucky enough to receive a text.

“I’m sorry you had to deal with a girl so insecure, luckily you’re fixing me just by being so pure.”

“At times my outbursts caused our relationship to seem cursed but I’ll be forever grateful you stood by me at my worst.”

Although the feisty star may have shocked Teddy at the time, he couldn’t help but forgive her as his love for her grew stronger day by day.

In his gorgeous speech, Teddy admits that Faye kept him on his toes the entire time, and he wouldn’t change a thing about their journey.

Fan favourite Teddy gushes: “Ever since the beginning you’ve kept me on my toes.

“You’ve been a beautiful pain in my a*** but I wouldn’t change it for the world.”

“I love that you are fiery, strong, stunning and an independent woman who cares for others with genuine affection.

“Yes, we’ve had our ups and downs but every moment when I’ve looked into those deep blue eyes, I’ve seen a future with you.”

It comes after Faye faced Teddy’s brothers, Sidney and Carlos, arrived in the villa to reunite with their sibling – and to meet his new girlfriend.

Her fiery rant at Teddy following the movie night came up, and the siblings couldn’t hide their fury.

“You were terrible, you were terrible, you were really bad,” one of Teddy’s brothers replied, as the other added: “Bad is an understatement by the way!”
