ANALYSIS/OPINION:
The saying “Live free or die” seems to be relevant today. How long can we live our lives on hold like this? More people are murdered in DC and Chicago every week than COVID-19 kills — but no one shuts down these cities to stop the murders.
Something is going to kill everyone some day. I believe FDR said it best: “We have nothing to fear but fear itself.” Let us get on with living life instead of living in fear of life. All living is a risk. The two weeks to flatten the curve is closing in on two years.
