Nigeria govt says close to settlement ending Twitter ban

The Nigerian government said that from the ten demands put forward to lift its Twitter suspension, the social networking platform has acceded to seven, NAN reported. The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed also noted that there is an end in sight, with an amicable settlement of the ban.
