OMG! THIS actor continues to shoot for film despite intense surgery

MUMBAI: Actor Thakur Anoop Singh, known for his roles in films like Commando 2 and Surya among others, has amassed an impressive body of work over the years. With each passing film, the actor bagged bigger and better roles, and earned a faithful fanbase. Although the actor regularly posts pictures of himself sweating it out in the gym, we now hear that he recently was down with appendicitis, and underwent a surgery.

A source close to the actor says, “Anoop was complaining of a recurring stomach pain every night for a week. When he was admitted to the hospital, he was diagnosed with an appendix. He then got operated on the same day and had it removed through an appendix surgery.

The source adds, “The same evening of the surgery, Anoop received a call to shoot for the patchwork of his upcoming Telugu film, Khilaadi. We all thought he had to skip it, but he took painkillers on his doctor’s advice the next day, boarded a flight to Hyderabad, and finished shooting for the film- all this with the stitches intact, zero complaints, and without letting anyone even know this. It was unbelievable to witness this level of dedication."

Thakur Anoop Singh will soon be seen in the upcoming film, Khilaadi alongside Ravi Teja. He will also be seen in the Hindi remake of the Tamil film, Singam 3.
