Renowned media professional and producer of the film Fiza, Pradeep Guha has passed away after a prolonged battle with liver cancer.

He passed away on August 21 after being put on a ventilator. Reportedly, he was diagnosed with advanced-stage liver cancer. Guha’s wife Papia and son Sanket announced his death via a statement that read, “We regret to announce the sad demise of our dear Pradeep Guha. No condolence visit at home due to Covid restrictions. Please keep him in your prayers.” Celebrities expressed their grief on social media. Priyanka Chopra wrote, “You were my forever champion. Your random calls of encouragement, your zest for life and your ambition was something I have always admired so much. This loss is so personal.”
