NSE grants in-principle approval to Ajooni Biotech for Rs30cr Rights Issue

Earlier on August 02, the company's board of directors considered and approved the offer and issue of fully paid-up equity shares for an amount not exceeding Rs30cr.

Ajooni Biotech on Monday announced that the National Stock Exchange (NSE) has granted in-principle approval for the proposed issue of Equity Shares up to Rs30cr on a rights basis.

Earlier on August 02, the company's board of directors considered and approved the offer and issue of fully paid-up equity shares for an amount not exceeding Rs30cr.

The application for the in-principle approval was successfully submitted on 17th August 2021.

At around 2.03 pm, Ajooni was trading at Rs52.95 per piece flat compared to the previous closing on Sensex.

The stock has touched an intraday high and low of Rs55.65 per piece and Rs51.45 per piece respectively.
