Finland's highest court overturns EUR 35 mln fine imposed on Eltel in 2014

A fine of EUR 35 million imposed on Sweden's Eltel by the Finnish Supreme Administrative Court has been overturned. The fine was given by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority for an alleged infringement of competition law in a case that began in 2013.
