Realme has debuted a new C-series budget smartphone named Realme C21Y in India. The phone has entry-level specifications and features with nothing special to talk about. Some of the main highlights include triple rear cameras and a high-capacity battery with long-lasting battery life.

The Realme C21Y sports a 6.5-inch HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) LCD display with a dot-like notch. Under the hood, it has an octa-core 12nm Unisoc T610 processor coupled with 3GB and 4GB of RAM. The phone has 32GB and 64GB onboard storage options with support for microSD cards.

The triple camera setup on the back panel features a 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and phase detection autofocus. The other two cameras include a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front camera on the phone is a 5-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture.

The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and supports reverse charging. The phone runs Realme UI based on Android 11 out of the box. The Realme C21Y is priced at INR 8,999 and INR 9,999 for 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB models respectively. It will be sold in two color options i.e Cross Blue and Cross Black.
