O'Connor brings more than 15 years of sales, business development and channel management experience to Jamf in Australia.
He has been with Jamf for seven years, and prior to this appointment served as UK and Ireland senior regional sales manager.
He previously spent seven years at Acronis in a variety of roles, most recently leading virtualisation and mobile file management channel alliances.
O'Connor started his career as licensing sales team leader at Ingram Micro New Zealand.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business studies from Massey University (NZ).
"I'm excited about the market opportunity for Jamf in Australia and New Zealand following our acquisition of Wandera which will build on our existing capabilities to ensure today's hybrid workforce can securely access the network resources they need while complying with organisational policies. This will provide new opportunities for our channel partners and carriers," said Kieran O'Connor.
"At the same time, Apple's new M1 processing capability will further enable us to propel the Mac platform to a wider business audience in the region and complement our feature functionality in application lifecycle management, policies, filtering, and security capabilities."
O'Connor's predecessor Jamie Davidson spent eight successful years at Jamf but now plans to move to rural alpine Victoria.
