Looking for meal replacement that doesn't have high cholesterol and saturated fat

I'm looking for a meal replacement shake that ideally has ~20g protein and ~20 complex carbs per serving. Animal has just that but the cholesterol is like 77% and the saturated fat is 17%
I can split them up into a separate protein and complex carb drink and combine them if the protein mix doesn't have high cholesterol or saturated fat.
    Any recommendations?

Just find ingredients that fit those criteria and blend them, honestly. That's the beauty of shakes / smoothies. Having a lower carb day? Cut the oats in half. Need to bump up your fats? Add an extra tablespoon of peanut butter.
