ADMISSION NOTICE
CENTRE FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Applications are invited for admission into the 1st Semester of the UGC approved Bachelors and Masters Degree in Vocational courses in line with the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) on the following trades for the academic session 2021-22.

o B.Voc. in Tourism and Hospitality Management
o B.Voc. in Retail Management and Foreign Trade
o B.Voc. in Food Processing and Quality Management
o M.Voc. in Tourism and Hospitality Management
o M.Voc. in Entrepreneurship and Foreign Trade

ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

o As per the Ordinance of the Vocational courses of the University, the Written test, Personal interview/Group Discussion and counseling session for admission into the courses above shall be held in the CESD, Manipur University on the date mentioned below subject to the condition that the Covid-19 pandemic situation in the state improves to conduct the admission tests.

o NB: Candidates who has qualified the National Level entrance tests like CAT/MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ GMAT with valid score shall be exemted from Written Test and shall be permitted to appear in the Personal Interview/ Group discussion directly for admission into the MVoc. courses.

o Application forms and e-Prospectus with detailed information will be available from the University website (http://www.manipuruniv.ac.in) w.e.f. 30 July, 2021.

o Issue of Admission form : 30th July, 2021 : 30th July, 2021
o Last date of form submission : 25th August, 2021 : 10th September, 2021
o Date of Admission Test (Tentative) : 4th September, 2021 : 18th September, 2021

APPLICATION FEES: (payable online)

o General/OBC/EWS : Rs 300/-
o ST/SC : Rs 200/-

ELIGIBILITY:

COURSE : B.Voc., Bachelor of Vocation programme
(Three years Degree course with multiple exit/entry facility)
CRITERIA : A candidate who passed 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognized Board/ Council/ University is eligible to apply for admission into the course.

COURSE : M.Voc., Master of Vocation programme
(Two years Post Graduate Degree course)
CRITERIA : A graduate in any stream from a recognized Institute/University is eligible to apply for admission into the course.
Preference shall be given to the candidates who had completed the B.Voc courses in the relevant trade.
