Lily Allen shared an insight into her workout regime on Instagram on Friday, ahead of her West End performance.
The singer, who is starring in 2:22 A Ghost Story, managed to squeeze in a gym session and took to her social media platform to document it.
It comes after Lily hit back at skinny-shamers in July saying people have 'never seen me sober, not smoking and exercising every day', after receiving a number of comments expressing concerns about her weight.

Lily plays the character Jenny in the supernatural thriller about four friends caught up in a night of high tension.
She is joined on stage by former EastEnders star Jake Wood, City Of Angels actor Hadley Fraser and Julia Chan of Silent House.
