Declan Rice (left) is reportedly unhappy that West Ham's £100million valuation has so far prevented a summer transfer to Manchester United or Chelsea. The club have stood firm on their massive, nine-figure asking price, and with the end of the transfer window closing at the end of August, it looks unlikely anyone will pay that at the moment. According to the Telegraph, Rice is frustrated about their intransigence and will therefore spurn any talks of a higher wage and contract extension in an attempt to force his way out of the club. His deal has two years to run at the end of this season. The defensive midfielder, 22, is a talisman and star player for the David Moyes (right) and the Hammers, who narrowly missed out on Champions League qualification last season, finishing sixth to make it into the Europa League. Rice has ambitions to aim for trophies and regularly play Champions League footballl, and is understood to be put out by their lack of signings, with West Ham the only Premier League side not to have made a permanent signing yet.

The Watford star (pictured) could be available in a cut-price deal - potentially as little as £5million. The 26-year-old is going cheaper than expected due to the fact his contract at Vicarage Road expires at the end of the season. Palace's interest is at an advanced stage, but Burnley have made their own proposal with a view to signing Hughes by the end of the month. It remains to be seen, however, if Hughes is interested in leaving the Watford this season ahead of a potentially lucrative free transfer move away next summer.

The 36-year-old has one year left on his current deal with the Turin club and questions had been asked over what his next move would be. However, Allegri said that Ronaldo has 'never expressed his desire to leave Juventus' and that he continues to train well at the club. Fans were concerned about Ronaldo's future at Juventus when they saw he was absent from their final pre-season friendly against the U23 team. However, Allegri has reassured supporters that the forward was being rested following a 'heavy' week of training and that he would return to action soon.

Brazilian giants Flamengo have reportedly registered an interest in signing former Arsenal defender David Luiz this summer. The 28-year-old previously meet with Flamengo's vice president Marco Braz and football director Bruno Spindel as the pair are said to be on a mission to bring in high profile players. Flamengo could sign Luiz - who has been capped 57 times for Brazil's national team - for free this summer after his contract at the Emirates expired in June. Luiz has been keeping in tremendous shape as a free agent ahead of the new season in Brazil, as evidenced by one muscle-bound picture (right) from a session a week ago.

Real Madrid are eyeing up the 'signing of the decade' in securing a deal for PSG forward Kylian Mbappe (left) during the final 48 hours of the transfer window, according to reports. Mbappe has been heavily linked with a move away from PSG this year with the French forward's contract expiring at the end of the current season - and the Ligue 1 giants could risk losing the 22-year-old on a free transfer next summer. PSG have remained steadfast in their determination to keep Mbappe despite his contract situation, after securing the high-profile free signing of Lionel Messi from Barcelona earlier this summer. Though according to AS (inset), Karim Benzema (right) has reportedly been messaging Mbappe over a move to the Santiago Bernabeu this summer.

Tottenham are exploring a move for unsettled Barcelona teenager Ilaix Moriba. Spurs boss Nuno Espirito Santo (inset) is among the admirers of midfielder Moriba who made his first-team Barca breakthrough last season and the north London side have held talks with his representatives amid his contract standoff with the Catalan outfit.
