Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time, the company has complied with the formalities for voluntary delisting of Equity shares. Accordingly, the trading in the equity shares of Integrated Financial Services Limited  (Scrip Code: 500212) will be discontinued w.e.f. Friday, August 27, 2021.

Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Friday, September 03, 2021.

Trading Members may further note that the exit option will be kept open by the promoter/ acquirer of the company i.e. Mr. Subhash Chander Khaneja for the remaining public shareholders for a period of at least one year from the date of delisting at the rate of Rs. 32.54/- (Rupees Thirty two and fifty four paise only) per Equity Share, being the exit price determined.
