H.G. Infra incorporates new subsidiary company as Special Purpose Vehicle; Stock ends ~5% lower

The company incorporated H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam AP-l Private Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary on August 19.

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (HGIEL) has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company ‘H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam AP-l Private Limited’ on August 19, 2021, as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), to undertake the development of a new project.

The SPV has been incorporated by the company for the development of a six-lane Alurujakkuva section road of 31.767 length under Raipur-Vishakapatnam Economics Corridor in the state of Andhra Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode.

H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd trade on Friday ended at Rs555.65 per piece down by Rs28.2 or 4.83% from its previous closing of Rs583.85 per piece on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs577.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs577.90 and Rs550 respectively, during intraday trade on Friday.
