    Looking for a 45* Back/Hyper extension bench

    Ideally, it will have:

    1) a continuous foot plate - many models have 2 small set foot plates which don't allow different feet positions. e.g. https://www.amazon.com/Hyperextensio...486307&sr=8-12

And many cheap models don't seem to have any actual foot plate at all. E.g. https://www.titan.fitness/strength/s...v2/400919.html

    2) a pad that looks behind your calves - many of the cheaper models don't have this. e.g. https://www.titan.fitness/strength/s...v2/400572.html - this model would be great if it had that pad

Elitefts has a couple that tick all the boxes, but they're all on the expensive side. Would love to find something $300 or less range.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

You won't get (1) and (2) on a new unit unless you want to spend decent money. I'd recommend keeping an eye out for a used commercial unit.

This one doesn't have locking pads behind the legs but is a decent unit. I had it and never had any issues using it with up to 135 lbs in front of me.

I recall Body-Solid being the top recommendation in a previous thread. You might look at that one.
