Many a time I'm without a gym. Many a time I don't get a proper workout. This is my current routine for days with no gym, such as during holidays. Lemme know if you have improvements, or if you have your own no-access-to-a-gym routine?
Full-body workout
• Pushups
• Squat with person on my back
• Pullups if possible, or inverted rows, or door frame rows
• Bridges with person sitting on my waist
• Elevated handstand push-up for the shoulders
• Biceps curl with a towel, held down by someone
• Dips wherever possible
If any of these would be better replaced with another exercise do post. And if you've got a suggestion for a makeshift deadlift, at least stimulating the same muscles to some degree, then do post.
