The top gainers among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were ADANI TOTAL GAS (up 562.0%), ADANI TRANSMISSION (up 380.8%) and TATA ELXSI (up 366.7%).

The BSE Sensex is at 55,496 (down 0.3%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are HUL (up 3.8%), ASIAN PAINTS (up 2.7%) and BAJAJ FINANCE (up 2.3%). Other gainers include NESTLE (up 1.1%) and HDFC (up 1.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ASIAN PAINTS and HUL.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 16,510 (down 0.6%). HUL (up 3.4%) and ASIAN PAINTS (up 2.7%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 38,051 to 55,496, registering a gain of 17,445 points (up 45.7%).
HUL net profit stood at Rs 21 billion for the quarter ended June 2021, compared to a profit of Rs 19 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 0.1% to Rs 121.9 billion during the period as against Rs 121.8 billion in April-June 2020.
For the year ended March 2021, HUL reported 18.4% increase in net profit to Rs 80.0 billion compared to net profit of Rs 67.6 billion during FY20.
Revenue of the company grew 18.2% to Rs 470 billion during FY21.
The current Price to earnings ratio of HUL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 73.9x.
