Twitter update: Now, share the same Tweet in up to 20 different DM convos, separately

Twitter also said that it is rolling out a new quick scroll button in the Direct Messages.
Twitter is making a slew of changes to its Direct Messages feature. The company via a thread on its Twitter Support account has shared a long list of updates that the company is bringing to the feature. The list includes the ability to share a message with up to 20 people, easier accessibility to the reaction picker tool and improving the ability to scan through conversations.
Up until now, the only way to share a Tweet with two or more users without creating a group was by sharing it with them individually. The process was both annoying and time taking. Now, the micro-blogging platform is fixing this issue by rolling out an update that enables users to share a Tweet with up to 20 people via Direct Messages. “No more (awkward) accidental group chats when you DM a Tweet to multiple people. Now you can share the same Tweet in up to 20 different DM convos, separately,” Twitter wrote in the thread announcing the news. This feature is being rolled out to the company’s iOS and web-based platforms and it will be available on Android soon.

Next, the company said that it is rolling out a new quick scroll button in the Direct Messages. This quick scroll button looks like a downward pointing arrow and it will enable users to jump to the latest message in the conversation with one tap. This feature is being rolled out on Twitter’s Android and iOS-based apps.
When reacting to a message, there's the double-tap and now there's the long press –– when you long press a message, you can tap “Add reaction” from the menu to pull up the reaction picker.

Lastly, the micro-blogging platform said that it is also making it easier for users to scan a conversation by date on iPhones. “And one more thing: we’ve made it easier to scan a convo by grouping messages by date for less timestamp clutter. Rolling out on iOS,” Twitter added.
