Tesco Mobile Ireland fined EUR 21,000 over Simply Prepay contracts

Tesco Mobile Ireland has agreed to refund 12,773 customers who had unintentionally reactivated their contract prior to the 28-day expiration period. This follows an investigation by ComReg, which estimated the total lost revenue for these customers at EUR 83,894.46.
