New Cuban telecommunications law enters into force

Cuba's Ministry of Communications (Mincom) has announced the entry into force of a series of new regulations covering telecommunications, information and communication technologies (ICT), the use of radioelectric spectrum and cybersecurity. They include Decree-Law No. 35/21, described as Cuba's first all-encompassing telecommunications law enacted with a view to enabling greater coherence in the sector and ordering the sector's existing regulatory framework.
