Baidu prices USD 1 billion notes offering

Baidu has priced an public offering of USD 1 billion worth of notes in total. The offering includes USD 300 million worth of 1.625 percent notes due 2027 and USD 700 million worth of 2.375 percent notes due 2031. All of the notes have been registered under the US Securities Act and will list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
