Mondelez takes Oreo Zero cookies to China

Mondelez International Inc. MDLZ, +0.70% said Thursday that it is launching Oreo Zero sugar-free sandwich cookies in China on the MissFresh platform. MissFresh has a mini-warehouse business model to serve customers online and off-line, with delivery, on average, in 39 minutes. MissFresh has carried Oreo and Chips Ahoy cookies. The addition of Oreo Zero is part of an effort to offer healthier options. Mondelez stock is up 7.7% for the year to date while the S&P 500 index SPX, +0.13% has gained 17.2% for the period.
