JAMMU: Three minor boys from Pakistan occupied Jammu & Kashmir (PoK) were detained by the Army while they were sneaking into the Indian side of the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu & Kashmir on Wednesday. Sources said that initially two youths were detained after they managed to infiltrate into the Indian side of LoC. Later, Army personnel posted along the LoC noticed more movement along the LoC and found another boy trying to infiltrate into the Indian territory. Sources said, “Initial probe suggests that they crossed the LoC inadvertently but investigation and legal formalities into the matter is going on. The detainees have been shifted to a nearby Army camp.” Police officials confirmed detention of the boys by the Army, stating that they have not yet been handed over to the police.
