ANALYSIS/OPINION:
Before the vaccines, we had a natural pandemic whose progress for the first six to 12 months was fairly predictable (“Biden team to roll out vaccine booster plan ‘very shortly,’” Web, Aug. 17). Now we have a pandemic combined with vaccines, which is completely unpredictable and destabilizing. There is no precedent for this, and that is why we are seeing non-seasonal outbreaks.
The ultimate result of administering these types of “leaky,” non-sterilizing vaccines to a highly infected population with a highly mutable virus is complete vaccine resistance. “Herd immunity” is not even a remote possibility. The situation is completely unpredictable.
The people vaccinated leak the most infectious virus variants, which then infect the unvaccinated. Eventually they reinfect the vaccinated population and the cycle continues, accelerating out of control. We now have outbreaks on ships that have close to a 100% vaccination rate. Iceland, which has close to 90% of the population vaccinated, recently showed a spike in cases.
Until the CDC and the NIAID, via Anthony Fauci, stop telling the noble lie (i.e. ‘We lied for your own good’) and admit they do not have a clue, this is going to get exponentially worse.
If you think you can lie today, when the truth may be a mouse click away, you just increase the risk of blowing up every institution that was supposed to fix this mess.
