Deep Polymers shines on getting nod to takeover Deep Plast Industries

Deep Polymers is currently trading at Rs. 152.00, up by 1.05 points or 0.70% from its previous closing of Rs. 150.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 153.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 156.30 and Rs. 149.60 respectively. So far 98262 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 156.30 on 18-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 50.50 on 09-Oct-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 156.30 and Rs. 123.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 181.04 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.76% and Non-Institutions held 35.24%.

Deep Polymers has received approval to takeover Deep Plast Industries at a value of around Rs 45 crore to Rs 55 crore as per the Valuation to be done by the Certified Valuer. The board of director at its meeting held on August 13, 2021 has approved the same.

Deep Polymers is engaged in manufacturing colour and additive master batches for engineering plastics and compounds that includes wide range of quality products like antifab fillers, transparent fillers, colour fillers etc.
