Ziggo not yet deploying free capacity after stopping analogue radio

Dutch cable operator Ziggo is still considering what it will do with the freed up capacity once analogue radio has been removed from the cable, a spokesperson told NOS Radio 1 programme Blok & Toine on 17 August. No decision has yet been made on upload speeds.
