From today, FTS Group will take ownership of Mentum Systems, which further their capabilities in the enterprise management control and decision support environment, and bolsters their capability around complex modelling and analytics.
FTS Group says defence is a crucial industry segment for the company, and the acquisition also further deepens their reach within key federal departments.
Commenting on the acquisition, FTS Group CEO Stephen Kowal said: "We are excited about the potential this acquisition unlocks. Mentum Systems presents synergies with some of our existing business units and combined we now have an unprecedented level of capability.

FTS Group says its expansion strategy aligns with its vision to build a “world-class end-to-end IT Services company” and the acquisition strategy focuses on bringing in Australian players who either leverage IP, provide complementary services, or reach specific industries.
