Miss Supranational South Africa Thato Mosehle has been labelled a "force to reckon with" at the 12th Miss Supranational competition.
The 26-year-old medical doctor from Klerksdorp is flying the South African flag high in Poland, where she is competing in this year's pageant. (See her national costume here)
The Miss Supranational finale will take place on 21 August in Nowy Sacz.
Previously speaking to Channel24 about representing the country at Miss Supranational, Thato said she is "feeling very excited and happy".
"South Africa will be part of this pageant for the first time ever under the Miss South Africa umbrella. I feel like I'm being given the privilege of holding the pen that will write the history for South African women in this competition," she said.
The delegates have been taking part in a series of activities, interviews and preliminary events ahead of the finale - Thato has caught the attention of pageant experts around the world.

Ahead of her arrival in Poland, Thato had already caught the attention of Angelopedia, who said: "She has proven that she is more than capable of becoming an ideal representative of her country at an international platform."
