Telenor Norway's annual Digital Security Report has found that seven out of ten Norwegians fear that cyber attacks will disable critical civilian functions. According to a survey commissioned from Kantar TNS, six out of ten people find it difficult to protect themselves against fraud and computer crime. Forty-eight percent of respondents said they had been deceived into revealing private information, up by 8 percent since the first Digital Security Report in 2017.
