
Realme GT 5G, and Realme GT Master Edition have been launched in India. The company also launched its first laptop, the Realme Book Slim. The Realme GT series is already available outside the country and its specifications are similar to the Chinese models.
The Realme GT 5G is available with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, whereas the Realme GT 5G Master Edition has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. The devices offer an AMOLED display with a high refresh rate, fast charging, a big battery and more.
The Realme Book Slim will be available with Intel’s 11th Gen Core i5 processor. It features a metallic body and a backlit keyboard. The laptop is being offered in two colour options, including blue and grey.
The Realme launch event was live-streamed via the Realme India channels on YouTube and Facebook.
The Realme GT 5G comes with starting price of Rs 37,999 in India, which is the price for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. There is also a 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model, which will cost Rs 41,999. With the Flipkart upgrade program, you can get it for Rs 26,599, which is the price for the base model. The Realme GT 5G will go on sale on August 25 via Flipkart and Realme.com.
The Realme Book Slim comes with a starting price tag of Rs 44,999, which is for the Intel Core i3 variant and 256GB storage. There is also an Intel Core i5 model with 512GB storage, which is priced at Rs 56,999. The Realme Book Slim will go on sale on August 30 at 12:00PM.
The Realme GT Master Edition will cost you Rs 25,999, which is the price for the 6GB RAM 128GB storage model. The 8GB RAM model 128GB will cost 27,999 and the 8GB 256GB is priced at Rs 29,999. With the Flipkart Upgrade program, you will be able to get it for Rs 18,119. The Realme GT Master Edition will be up for sale on August 26 via Flipkart and Realme.com.
The company has confirmed that all the Realme Book Slim users will be able to upgrade to Windows 11 for free. The latest Windows OS update will be available later this year.
The Realme Book Slim has been launched in India and it comes with an 11th-gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 CPU. This is the company's first-ever laptop that has a 3:2 aspect ratio with 100 percent sRGB colour and 2K pixels resolution. The device has a metallic body.
The company is claiming that the Realme laptop is thinner and lighter than the MacBook Pro. It is about 14.9mm thick and weighs about 1.38 kilograms.
The laptop is equipped with a 54Wh battery, which the company claims will deliver up to 11 hours of battery life. It even offers support for 65W fast charging.
It comes with a backlit keyboard, a larger touchpad, and stereo speakers with DTS audio support. The laptop ships with Thunderbolt 4, USB Type-C 3.2, USB A 3.1, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It offers support for Wi-Fi 6 as well.
For photography, the flagship phone offers a triple rear camera setup. It includes a 64MP Sony IMX682 camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.3 aperture, and a 2MP macro sensor.
One can record 1080p or 4K videos at 60fps. The camera app offers features like Super Night Mode, Panoramic view, Timelapse, Portrait Mode, HDR, Face Distortion Correction, Passport photo, and more. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera with f/2.5 aperture.
The Realme GT has a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 91.7 percent screen-to-body ratio, 1,000nits of maximum brightness and 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut.
The Realme GT 5G has a 4,500mAh battery. The company ships a 65W SuperDart charger with the phone. Realme is claiming that the bundled charger can fully top up the phone's battery in about 35 minutes.

The Realme GT has 7GB of virtual memory via Dynamic RAM Extension, which is currently the largest in comparison to smartphones available in the market. It ships with Realme UI 2.0, which is based on Android 11 out of the box. The device even has a vapour cooling system to dissipate heat.
The device supports a dual nano card slot, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC. It even supports SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX HD and LDAC Bluetooth audio codecs.

The device has up to 5GB of virtual memory via Dynamic RAM Extension. It ships with Realme UI 2.0, which is based on Android 11 out of the box. The smartphone even supports a vapour chamber cooling system.

The Realme GT Explorer Master Edition has been designed by Naoto Fukasawa and features a 3D sculpted suitcase-like vegan leather back panel.
