15 minutes yoga can change your life. This yoga is related to our breathing exercises. Kapalbhati is one of the breathing exersises. In this exersises you have to woke up early in the morning to get free air. When doing Kapalbhati, first you sit down on mat like the Indian sages sat. Then you take air slowly from left side of nose. And cease from right side. While taking air you have to close our right side of nose using our right thumb. You have to do alternatively this exercise for 5 minutes. This can help us to improve our breathing system healthy.
