Bengaluru, Aug 18 (UNI) Bengaluru on Wednesday extended the night curfew till August 30 to prevent the rise in number of coronavirus infections and possible third wave.
City Police Commissioner Kamal Pant said this in an order released here.
'With the number of Corona cases rising in the city, the night curfew has been extended as a control measure. The night curfew will be observed from 2100 to 0500 hours, legal action will be taken against unnecessary vehicular movement and vehicles will be confiscated,' he cautioned.
