Lily James has sparked speculation her rockstar boyfriend Michael Schuman has proposed as she headed out in Melrose Avenue, California with a gold ring on her engagement finger on Tuesday.
The actress, 32, has been dating musician Michael, 35, since the start of this year after they were spotted sharing a kiss outside a boutique hotel in Suffolk while she filmed What's Love Got To Do With It?.
And Lily certainly set tongues wagging as she was pictured with a band on her finger during a shopping trip with two female pals after enjoying a fun-filled weekend at Disneyland, California with the rocker.
However a representative of Lily said of speculation regarding a proposal from Michael: 'This is 100% not true'.

Lily cut a chic figure in a floral tie-front top and white mom jeans, while she accessorised with the dainty gold ring on her fourth finger on her left hand - which is traditionally the engagement ring finger.

Nonetheless, the Baby Driver star appeared coy about her ring and was later pictured not wearing it.
Lily was joined by two female pals for the shopping trip in the trendy West Hollywood area.
The actress' relationship with Michael initially came as a shock to fans of the pair, as Lily is known for her family friendly roles in Downton Abbey, Cinderella and Mamma Mia.
Meanwhile, Michael is a member of Queens Of The Stone Age, the band notorious for on-stage nudity and claims of drug and alcohol abuse.
The couple were first linked this year after they were spotted sharing a kiss outside a boutique hotel.
The American star was said to be staying at the hotel where Lily was quarantining with cast and crew for the film What's Love Got To Do With It?.

A source told MailOnline the thespians spent two nights in a suite at the top Hotel De La Ville with a panoramic view over the city and just at two minutes walk from the Spanish steps.
Just days later, Dominic defiantly defended his marriage to wife Catherine FitzGerald, with the pair staging a photo opportunity outside their Wiltshire home and telling reporters: 'Our marriage is strong and we're very much still together.'
