Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me. When I go gym, I do benchpress and then switch to the dips machines afterwards. I was wondering if the rest period between the two should be consistent and does it not being consistent effect progress? For example, you time it so that you have a 2 minute rest period before you start using the dips machine after using the benchpress.
Or perhaps it doesn't really matter at all and I am being a little bit extra?
