    Question How much cardio is safe for bulk

    Hello, i have a problem. I started lean bulk like 1 month ago. I never did much cardio, but with lean bulk, i started running (steady state running) every second day. At first, i could do only 15 minutes of cardio until i had pain in hips and was short on breath. But i continued, and right now, im at 50 minutes of steady state running. I really like running, so i still do 50 minutes every second day, but i feel like i could run even more. But the thing is, i still do workout and im bulking, so my main goal is to build muscle.

    So my question is, how much running can i do maximum to not hinder my muscle growth ? I heard that more than 1 hour running will start burn off muscle tissue, so if i do 1 hour of steady state running every other day, do you think it wont hinder my muscle gain ? (And yes, im eating those few calories that i burn during cardio back so im still in surplus). Thanks a lot !
