    Ring workout - Advice please

Bought this Ring set (Synergee) & for now hanging in my Inspire fitness trainer bar.
Wanted this Ring thinking that I can start some very basic exercises but I tried yesterday just holding them & balance straight but unfortunately my hands holding that Ring started shivering & unable to hold even for a few seconds. Can anyone please share some tips/techniques on how to start these Ring exercises?

I would start with doing ring push ups. Feet on the floor, hands on rings that aren't elevated significantly. Once you get used to that, proceed to feet elevated and rings higher off the floor.

Pull ups are also great with rings. As are dips, but it sounds like you might be starting with dips and it's too much. I'd start with push ups and/or pull ups.
