Not from round here? Bizarre moment a Woolworths delivery driver gets lost and drives into a woman's paddock as he desperately tries to find a house

  • A NSW woman shared an image of a Woolies delivery driver completely lost
  • Posted on Facebook, Simone snapped the hilarious image from her verandah
  • The driver takes a wrong turn finding himself surrounded by cattle and fields
  • But, Simone said its common for people to get lost on her regional NSW property

A Woolworth delivery driver has hilariously found themselves in the back paddock of a rural home while attempting to deliver groceries.

A woman called Simone shared an image of the truck to Facebook on August 11 captioned: 'Woolworths delivery driver got a little lost attempting to deliver the neighbours' groceries'.

She snapped the picture from the back verandah of her regional NSW home and was very amused to see the lost driver attempts to get to her neighbours' property.

Simone also posted the picture on Woolworths Facebook page with a humorous caption: 'Driver a little lost? #paddockbasher'.

Instead of finding a front door, the delivery driver was greeted with fields and cattle.

But, Simone said it was a common occurrence, as Google Maps directs people to head down the track on her property, instead of the neighbours' driveway.

'We have all sorts of people heading down that road - the other night we had Domino's,' Simone said to 7news.

'Literally 10 minutes ago, just had an Uber Eats guy attempt to go down the laneway as well'.

Simone has since come up with a simple solution for the problem after she spotted the Woolies truck, placing a sign on her gate directing people away.
