This is to thank Star of Mysore for publishing my letter titled An eyesore in Ananda Marga in this column yesterday and also the MCC authorities concerned for their swift action to clear the huge pile of debris that was lying on Ananda Marga near the Ganesha temple in Siddarthanagar.

Though we had complained to the area Corporator, no action had been taken. But thanks to SOM, the stinking garbage was cleared this morning much to the relief of the tax-paying citizens and passers-by.
