IND vs ENG 2nd Test: Bumrah, Shami fightback to raise 50-run stand, take India’s lead past 250 – Team India’s tailenders Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami are batting their skin in the 2nd Test against England at Lord’s on Monday to take India’s lead past 200. They are frustrating the England bowlers with their defence and their shot-making. Mark Wood also tried bouncers against Bumrah and Shami but both the batters are just not ready to give away their wickets cheaply.

IND vs ENG 2nd Test: Shami and Bumrah have scored more than 50 runs for the ninth wicket partnership. While Mohammed Shami is unbeaten after smashing a half-century, his partner Jasprit Bumrah is playing on 30 runs. Earlier, Ishant Sharma who came on to bat at number eight scored 16 runs with the help of two boundaries. This is the first time in Team India’s last 40 Tests that their nos. 8, 9 and 10 all made at least 15 tuns. The duo completed 50 runs partnership in just 74 balls. (Indian tailenders)

Jasprit Bumrah vs Mark Wood

Jasprit Bumrah and Mark Wood saga is going out of hands now. It all started with Bumrah firing a series of short balls to Anderson on Day 3. Mark Wood takes revenge doing the same and there is a heated exchange between the two and Jos Buttler in the middle. India now have a lead excess of 200 runs.
