- Rishabh Pant also has scored a century in England so Team India will expect big from him in Lord’s Test.
- Rishabh Pant has played some magical innings in the recent past. In Australia, he was the hero with the bat at Gabba. At Sydney, he scored a match-saving fifty.
- Rishabh Pant would have to bat out of skin to outdo England on the 5th Day of Lord’s test. Anything below 225 would be a struggle for India to save the test match.

ND vs ENG LIVE Score – Rahane, Pujara’s 100 Runs Stand: India would have been in more precarious position if not for Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara’s slow-moving but assured century-stand for the fourth wicket. India were reduced to 55 for 3 only a few minutes before Lunch. But Pujara & Rahane helped India avoid a batting collapse on Day 4 and took the visitors to 181 for 6 at stumps. The duo kept the England bowlers at bay for more than three hours as the old ball didn’t cause ample trouble.
KL Rahul Dismissal: Mark Wood dismissed the Indian openers even before India could go past the first innings deficit on the penultimate day of the Lord’s Test. KL Rahul edged an angling away delivery by the pacer and was caught behind the stumps.
Rohit Sharma scorded only 21: Rohit Sharma, on the other hand, fell to the lure of playing the pull shot yet again. Only a few balls after having pulled Wood for a six, he went after the bowler again despite the presence of three fielders on the legside. He ended up holing out to Moeen Ali at deep backward square leg.
Virat Kohli again disappoints: Virat Kohli was looking fluent through the brief course of his stay but was undone by Sam Curran’s delivery. After having set-up the Indian captain with two inswingers, he let one angle away from him. Kohli went poking at it and was caught behind.
