London office take-up returns to pre-pandemic levels

Central London office take-up in Q2 2021 returned to levels last seen pre-pandemic, according to data from Cushman & Wakefield. Total take-up hit 1.8m sq ft, an increase of 39% on the previous quarter and the highest level since the beginning of lockdown in March last year.
