Hey, i need help. I follow intuitive eating, i count just protein. I was pretty lean, but still, wanted to be more, so i add more cardio, i ate a lot of protein and vegetables and i get to point where i am satisfied. Problem is, that when i was on lean bulk, i ate like 2900 kcals daily and still i was usually hungry. Right now, im eating around 2000 kcals and im not even that much hungry. I guess that my metabolism is really slowed. My question is, how to get back on track of building muscle without getting fat. Should i add slowly for example 100 calories more daily, or should i do some refeed in one day ? What should i do ? Thanks

I doubt it slowed by that much you are probably still in a deficit at that level. You were probably in a surplus as 2900. Average NEAT adaptations usually run to around 2-400 calories.
Yes, try raising it slowly if you want. You might find your appetite rises quickly and you have to work to stop it running away with you.
