
Swedish royals, Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip, celebrated their son, Prince Julian's christening on Saturday.
Julian was born in March to former actress Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip, the son of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia, and fourth in line to the Swedish throne. Prince Julian is seventh in line to the throne, behind his brothers, Prince Alexander and Prince Gabriel.
Though Julian has the title of prince, he does not have an HRH (His Royal Highness) title. However, he has been granted the Duchy of Halland, People reports.
Saturday's christening took place at the Royal Chapel of Drottningholm Palace. King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia were in attendance, so too was Prince Carl Philip's sisters, Crown Princess Victoria and Princess Madeleine with their husbands.
Friends of the couple Johan Andersson, Stina Andersson, Patrick Sommerlath, Jacob Högfeldt and Frida Vesterberg were asked to act as godparents and sponsors to Prince Julian.
