She's set to give birth to her second child - her first with boyfriend Carson Jory - any day now. 

But Alex Nation was celebrating a different milestone on Monday, as she posed for a cute photo with her boyfriend Carson Jory to commemorate her 30th birthday.

The former Bachelor star, 28, hinted she was hopeful it could be a double celebration for the couple as she captioned her image with: 'There is still time for Baby J to share a Birthday with Mumma!'

'30 and always flirty.. I mean look at him,' she added, referencing her hunky beau who cuddled her in the sweet image.

Alex was absolutely glowing as she enjoyed a brisk hike with her partner, showing off just a hint of her baby bump in a beautiful floral dress.

She wore minimal makeup on her naturally pretty visage, and styled her hair with a casual wave.

Two weeks ago, Alex confirmed that August was set to be her 'birth month', meaning that her little one is set to arrive any day now.

'My birth preference is that I want to give a natural birth a red hot crack,' Alex wrote on Instagram.

Fans of The Bachelor will remember Alex as the winner of the fourth season, but her romance with rope-access technician Richie Strahan didn't last.

They quietly broke up in 2017, after filming the show the previous year.

Before her rise to fame, Alex was briefly married to Joel Porter. They share a son, Elijah, together.
