A neighbour of a 76-year-old found stabbed to death in her £1million Notting Hill home on Saturday night has been charged with her murder.
Aaron Cook, 23, is due in court this afternoon over the killing of pensioner Bella Nicandro.
Police were called to the scene in St Luke's Road, Notting Hill, at around 2.10pm on Saturday after reports of a disturbance at the property.
The woman in her 70s had suffered stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A man was arrested on suspicion of murder and taken to hospital to receive treatment for a minor injury.

Police said there were no reports of any other injuries and a crime scene remains in place.

Detective Chief Superintendent Owain Richards, in charge of policing in Kensington and Chelsea, said: 'I know the death of Bella Nicandro will have caused a great deal of shock and distress for the local community in Notting Hill.
'Officers will be carrying out increased patrols during the next few days to provide a reassuring presence.
