Are those 2 exercises enough for getting big quads?
Hello everyone, I have a sissy squat machine, a Bulgarian split squats bench and 2 dumbells up to 40kg and a 30kg weight vest. There is no good leg machine at my gym. I cannot train my legs at my gym. Can l just bild huge quads with the two exercises, sissy squats and bulgarian split squats? If I train my legs 2-3 weeks with those exercises, can you get thick quads from it or is it not enough? I have lower back problems. I Can't do a barbell squat. If I would be too strong fot it (using 40kg's each hand) should l do more reps? My gym has bad leg machines btw
