Now, a fascinating rumour about the film is making the rounds on the internet. 'Salaar,' as according to rumours, will be a vintage mass tale. It appears that the film will be set fully in the 1970s. The film is expected to focus on elemetns of the 1971 conflict between india & Pakistan. The film, on the other hand, will be a fictitious narrative modelled on the Indo-Pak conflict of 1970. More information about the storey is still being kept under wraps.

This production is being funded by Vijay Kiragandur's Hombale Films brand. This film's music is being composed by ravi Basrur. In 2022, the film is anticipated to be released in theatres. Salaar's shoot is currently moving at a frenetic pace in Hyderabad. shruti haasan plays the leading lady in the film.
