The increase in covid cases in the state brings a question that is it the third wave hit in the state.
Madhya Pradesh is witnessing an increase in covid cases, as 13 new positive infected patients have been reported within 24 hours.
The question is arising whether the state is now moving towards the third wave of corona? Most of the infected cases came from Jabalpur. The Health Department said that three cases each have been received from Bhopal, Indore as well. In the last 5 days, the number of infections has reached 56. There are currently 104 active cases in the state.
According to the Health Department, the recovery rate of corona patients is 98.65% and the positivity rate is 0.01%. More than 70 thousand people are being tested for corona every day in the state. So far 7 lakh 92 thousand 25 people have been infected in the state. Out of this, 7 lakh 81 thousand 407 have been cured. 10 thousand 514 have died due to corona.
Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang said that the government has more focus on testing. Its number is not being reduced in any way. More and more tests are being done. Corona guidelines are also being followed. Government SOPs are also being issued from time to time. He said that people also have to understand their responsibility. A little carelessness can lead to corona. Corona is not over yet, so everyone has to be careful.
