Masaba Gupta shares photo of newly-wed bride Rhea Kapoor's feet painted with red alta

Anil Kapoor’s daughter and Sonam Kapoor’s sister and director Rhea Kapoor tied the knot with her long-time beau Karan Boolani in an intimate wedding ceremony on Saturday (August 14). Photos of Rhea, Karan and guests who arrived for the function went viral on social media. Now, fashion designer Masaba Gupta has shared the first photo of Rhea following her wedding. 

Masaba took to her Instagram stories and shared a photo of a pair of feet painted with red Alta. Rhea was dressed in a floral print outfit and was seems seated on a white bedsheet. She captioned the photo with a heart emoji and tagged Rhea Kapoor in it. Have a look at the photo here:

Rhea and Karan got married at Anil Kapoor’s plush Juhu bungalow on August 14. The wedding ceremony was attended by family members and close friends. Actor Sonam Kapoor, her husband Anand Ahuja, Arjun Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, his wife Maheep Kapoor, Boney Kapoor, Masaba Gupta and Kunal Rawal among others were photographed while arriving at the Kapoor’s place. 

Later, first photos of the newlywed couple surfaced on social media wherein Karan and Rhea can be seen seated in the backseat of the car and was accompanied bye the former’s sister, Karishma Boolani in the front row passenger seat.

As a goodwill gesture, Anil Kapoor took out time and distributed sweets to the paparazzi and media personal present outside his house. The evergreen actor looked dashing in a navy blue kurta paired with a white dhoti. He completed his look with pearl necklaces.

Rhea and Karan first met in 2009 during the filming of ‘Aisha’ which starred Sonam Kapoor and Abhay Deol. While the film was Rhea’s debut production, Karan worked as an assistant director on the project. The two started dating shortly after. Last year, ’Aisha’ clocked in 10 years of its release. 

Rhea is Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor’s second child. The two are also parents to actors Sonam Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor.
